Summary
Four-year fellowships for outstanding mid-career researchers recruited or retained by Australian universities. Each fellowship pays a salary at one of three levels, and the university may also receive up to AUD 60,000 a year in project funding (personnel, equipment, travel, field research). Applications open 23 September 2026 and close 6 November 2026, submitted through the applicant's university research office, which usually sets an earlier internal deadline.
